New Me this New Year

As we venture to a new year with new challenges and lessons to learn, lets all take a step back and walk through memory lane of the year 2023. Reflecting on the past year can help you set goals for the new year, Find whatever mistakes that have been made or some personality traits that should be improved.

Setting a goal for the new year can help you get a fresh start, you can wash off all negativity that have been bottled up last year.

For this year, I want to be more in control of my emotions. Sometimes, my emotions get the best of me, either being sad, happy and especially angry makes me think and react terribly. By improving this, I can make better decisions and better self image.

Another thing I want to improve is how to make good decisions. I want to make good decisions so that I would not be regretting some things later in life, being in control of making decisions can be overwhelming, but every challenge is a lesson to learn, because if you make a mistake in deciding, let it be a learning.

Lastly, I want to increase my self confidence, be who I am without any shame of being myself. I will embrace my insecurities and would not be thinking on what other people think of me.

 Accept the potential for personal development, set achievable goals, and commit to positive change. Remember, this is a journey, not an overnight transformation. Cheers to a new chapter!
