Aim, Fly, Soar High

On March 9, The 122nd High School Day of Ilocos Sur National High School was held, this is a way of showcasing the history and culture and excellence of the school.

One of the few activities that occured are the costume parade, field demonstration, concert, and Mr. and Ms. Ilocos Sur National High School.

A long line of students from each grade level paraded through the streets of Vigan City, showcasibg their props and costumes they would be using to perform on the field demonstration. During the parade, the most disciplined section was picked, per grade level.

Furthermore, the field demonstration showcases history and culture by the cultural dances that the students by grade level performed, from ilocos norte to cebu, the students captured the essence of each place's history and tradition.

Booths were also set up by each club and organization of the school, this serves as a fund-raising activity. A concert also took place inside the school gymnasium, showcasing the talent of the students as well as the teachers of the school.

The Mr. and Ms. ISNHS coronation took place at the gymnasium just 3 days later after the parade.

I can say that this High School Day is probably the best High School Day in my Junior High School life. It celebrates the birth of our school and its continous excellency.
